My place in all this
I have practised yoga since 2008 and taught since 2011. My first students were friends from university. Some still practise with me today.
The beginning
Books, DVDs and a dictionary.
My first practice was in Elhovo. Much of the material was in English, and I translated unfamiliar words just to understand what I was being asked to do.
I remember that beginning. I never expect a new student to speak the language of yoga before they have felt the practice itself.
Today
I guide without standing between you and the practice.
I am also a qualified astrologer. In both yoga and astrology, I work in the same way: I offer support and direction, and leave it to you to choose how far you want to go.
