Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

NatuRali Yoga Studio is operated by NatuRali LLC (registered Bulgarian name: Натурали ООД), UIC 205549204, registered office at 21 Koprivshtitsa St, Burgas 8001, Bulgaria, represented by Ralitsa Markova, manager.

2. Scope

These terms apply to studio classes, private one-to-one yoga, astrology consultations, one-day experiences and room hire when the relevant service is open for booking.

A one-day experience includes only the programme on that date. Participants arrange and pay for travel and any accommodation independently. NatuRali does not book or accept payment for those services.

Information about multi-day retreats and an interest list are not an offer, booking or contract. No payment is accepted and joining a list does not guarantee a place.

3. How a contract is formed

For services booked through book.naturali.bg, a contract is formed when the client receives confirmation by email or in the booking system, after receiving the applicable terms and final price before confirmation.

An email, call or enquiry is only the beginning of a conversation. It is not a booking or contract. A studio-hire contract is formed only after NatuRali sends specific terms in writing and the hirer accepts them in writing.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the site are stated in euro. All prices are final. NatuRali LLC does not charge VAT.

Available payment methods are shown before a particular booking is confirmed.

5. Distance-contract cancellation right

A consumer entering a contract online generally has a 14-day right to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions.

Under Article 57(12) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right does not apply to certain leisure services where the contract provides a specific date or period. Before confirmation, NatuRali states whether this exception applies to the service.

For a package bought without set dates, the 14-day right applies unless another statutory exception exists. If the consumer expressly requests performance during that period, a withdrawal may require payment proportionate to what has already been supplied.

6. Cancellation or rescheduling

Rules for cancellation, rescheduling and any refund are shown before final confirmation and repeated in the booking confirmation. Only terms supplied in advance and accepted by the client apply.

If a special cancellation term was not shown before confirmation, NatuRali will not deduct a visit, retain payment or charge a fee on the basis of an undisclosed term. If NatuRali cancels, the client may choose a new date or a refund for the service not supplied.

7. Nature of the services

NatuRali provides yoga teaching and astrology consultations. These are not medical, psychological or therapeutic services. Teachers do not diagnose and yoga does not replace medical treatment.

An astrology consultation is a tool for self-knowledge. It is not a prediction of certain events and does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Participants assess their own readiness for physical practice and consult a medical professional when unsure. NatuRali does not request diagnoses, medical history or other health details in a booking.

8. Physical participation

Yoga and movement involve ordinary risks including strain, loss of balance and injury. Before a first booking, participants receive a separate Participation Declaration. It does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence and does not contain consent for photography or video.

The rooms are on the second floor, reached by 20 steps, with no lift. Online bookings may be made only by adults. Participation by a minor must be arranged in advance and requires separate consent from a parent or guardian.

9. Studio hire

Earth, Sky and the whole studio may be hired outside class times. Configuration, duration, price and specific terms are confirmed in writing. An enquiry is not a booking. No deposit or other sum is due unless stated in advance and accepted in writing.

When included in the specific offer, hire covers studio equipment and cleaning after use. Access is arranged privately after a confirmed booking.

10. Content and copyright

Texts, photographs and other materials belong to NatuRali LLC or are used with permission. They may not be used commercially without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

11. Changes

A confirmed booking remains subject to the version supplied before the contract was formed, unless the law requires otherwise or the parties expressly accept a change.

12. Law and disputes

Questions or complaints may first be sent to book@naturali.bg. Consumers may complain to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission and request an appropriate conciliation procedure. Procedure information (opens in a new window).

Bulgarian law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Disputes are heard by the competent court under applicable rules.
