Cookies and privacy choices

1. How your choice works

Plausible measures traffic without cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers. It remains active regardless of the choice made in the panel.

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel do not load or transmit data before a choice. You may accept or reject all optional technologies or manage “Analytics” and “Marketing” separately.

Closing the panel without making an explicit choice does not constitute consent. Optional technologies remain off.

2. Strictly necessary

naturali_consent_v1 is a localStorage record containing the selected categories, notice version and time of choice. It is kept for 6 months and then removed. It is not used for analytics, advertising or recognising a visitor.

This technology is needed to remember the choice and cannot be disabled through the panel.

3. Plausible measurement without cookies

Plausible records, in aggregate, the page visited, referrer, approximate country, device and browser type and predefined events. It does not use cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers and does not link visits across different days.

For a form, a start, a submission attempt and a confirmed enquiry may be recorded. The confirmed enquiry event is sent only after a successful form submission. Field contents are not sent. The data are processed in the European Union by Plausible Insights OÜ.

4. Analytics

With consent, this category loads Google Analytics 4 to provide more detailed statistics about use of the site. It is not necessary for the site to work.

  • _ga: distinguishes browsers, up to 2 years.
  • _ga_*: maintains session state, up to 2 years.

Event and user data in the NatuRali property are retained for 2 months. Google Signals and data provided by visitors are disabled.

5. Marketing

With consent, and only while a campaign is active, this category may load Google Ads conversion measurement and Meta Pixel. The purpose is measurement of campaign results.

  • _gcl_*: measures conversions following a Google advertising click, up to 90 days.
  • _fbp: browser identifier used for Meta measurement, up to 90 days.
  • _fbc: stores a Meta advertising click identifier where one is present, up to 90 days.

We do not use form contents, Enhanced Conversions, Advanced Matching, Customer Match or remarketing audiences. Google ad_personalization remains denied.

After consent for Analytics or Advertising measurement, the permitted utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content parameters may be kept in sessionStorage under the key naturali_campaign_v1 until the session ends. They may be included in the email when a form is submitted to measure the source of the enquiry. We do not store gclid, fbclid, search terms or field contents.

6. External calendar

The schedule and bookings are provided by Fitsys at book.naturali.bg. A connection to Fitsys is made only when you open the external calendar. Fitsys may use technologies needed to sign in and book under its own privacy information.

After a confirmed booking, Fitsys may return the browser to naturali.bg only with an opaque EVENT_HASH value. NatuRali checks the format of the value in the browser and removes it from the address before Google or Meta are loaded or receive data. EVENT_HASH contains no booking fields and is not sent to Google or Meta.

The naturali.bg choice does not control Fitsys. NatuRali does not use linking between the domains, deploy Google or Meta tags on Fitsys or send field contents, advertising identifiers or tracking parameters to it.

7. Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can open “Privacy settings” in the footer at any time and change your choice. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

When consent is rejected, withdrawn or expires, the relevant tags remain blocked. Optional cookies controlled by naturali.bg are removed where technically possible. You may also delete remaining cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes

The actual technology inventory is checked after every configuration change. A new provider or purpose not covered by the previous choice is not activated before the information is updated and fresh consent is obtained where required.
