October to December 2026

Yoga for beginners. Twelve practices.

A course of 12 practices for people who are only just starting. One hour a week, at Koprivshtitsa 21 in Burgas. The groups have filled, so I am opening a fourth: on Wednesday at 17:45. There are places left on Wednesday and on Friday morning.

You can also write directly to book@naturali.bg.

What we cover

The basics, with enough repetition.

We go through the basics: breath, how you stand, the first poses. With enough repetition to feel them in the body, not only understand them with the mind.

Each practice adds a little. The body finds its bearings, the movements become more natural, and the confidence arrives on its own.

The group

The group is small, so that you get the attention you need without wondering whether you are doing it right.

Earth is the smaller of the two rooms. Six mats, a courtyard behind the windows, quiet. Twelve weeks with the same people means that by the third one I already know how you move.

Who teaches it

I teach this course myself.

I have been teaching yoga since 2011, and NatuRali is the place I created in 2019 with exactly this idea: that yoga should be close at hand, with attention for the person in front of me.
